Brigade businesses restricted has signed MoUs with the authorities of Tamil Nadu to invest over Rs 3400 crores within the nation with an ability for employment for around 25,000 humans over the following three-four years.
The business enterprise signed MoUs, one with the Chennai Metropolitan development Authority (CMDA) and the other with ELCOT, facts era and virtual services branch, government of Tamil Nadu as part of Tamil Nadu’s international traders Meet (GIM) 2024, within the presence of Shri M.k. The MoU with Chennai Metropolitan development Authority is for Brigade’s expansion in Chennai and setting up high-upward thrust residential homes inside the IT belt of Sholinganallur, with a funding of over Rs 2000 crores. The second MoU is with ELCOT, IT&DS which entails an investment of around Rs 1400 crores for excessive upward push commercial and residential traits, throughout specific micro-markets inclusive of Mount avenue.
